How to be a SEBARIS Clear Aligner Provider
Getting started with SEBARISRx is a straightforward process designed for your convenience.
There are 2 components to SEBARIS, which is:-
SEBARIS Dashboard – Users gain access to monitor Credits Usage, Top-Up Aligner Credits, review Delivery Tracking Details and Statements. Giving the optimal financial tracking of Aligner Credits and Purchases.
SEBARIS Rx Portal – Users will utilize this platform to Submit their Aligner Cases, Upload detailed scans and Monitor the treatment planning as well as ordering clear aligners for their patients.
Follow these steps to register and gain access to your comprehensive dashboard:
Part A: Registering for Your SEBARISRx Dashboard Account
- Visit the secure SEBARISRx Dashboard platform at https://dashboard.sebarisrx.com/.
- Click on the prominent “Sign Up” button to begin your registration.
- Fill in the required information accurately on the registration form:
- Clinic Name
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Preferred Password (you can also use the “Generate” option)
- Contact Number
- Once all details are entered, submit the registration form.
- After submission, your registration request will undergo a review by the SEBARIS team.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been approved. Be sure to check your inbox, including your spam folder, for an email from admin@sebarisrx.com.
- Upon receiving your approval email, return to https://dashboard.sebarisrx.com/.
- Enter your registered email and password to log in and access your comprehensive SEBARISRx Dashboard.
Part B: Registering for the SEBARISRx Submission Platform
- You will receive an email invitation to your designated email from admin@sebarisrx.com. If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam folder.
- Click the registration invitation link or scan the QR code provided in the email to access the account registration webpage.
- Complete the required information on the webpage and click the “Register” button to submit the form.
- Following your registration, there will be a second email for the Verification.
- Click the URL in your email to complete the account verification.
