Refund Policy

At SEBARIS ALIGNERS SDN BHD, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for products and services purchased.

1. Aligners and Products

Due to the custom nature of our aligners, refunds for products are generally not provided. However, exceptions may apply in cases of:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If there is a defect in the product due to manufacturing, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will assess the claim and, if validated, arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Order Fulfilment: If you receive the wrong item or specifications do not match the order, please contact us within 14 days via our support channels, and we will correct the order or issue a refund as appropriate.

2. Course Purchase

  • Courses purchased will only be refunded if there is change of venue or course dates
  • There is no refunds for change of mind or any other reasons that are uncontrollable by the company
  • This refund terms is considered because the seat will be allocated on purchase and the limitations of missed potentials to register for the event. 

3. Refund Process

In the event of refunds for SEBARIS Credits, it will be refunded into the dashboard in accordance with number of Credits utilized in the defect order.

There is no refund of Credits that have been deposited into your account.
